Returns will ONLY be accepted if your item has been damaged during the shipping process. You have 10 days to contact me from the date of purchase to submit a claim on a damaged item. Please use the email below to contact me directly. Please provide your name and shipping address and the item purchased and explain your damage. A picture of the damaged item is necessary for processing a refund. No returns will be excepted or credit without prior authorization. Thank You.
FYI: Leather is very Porous. It has many tiny pores that allow water or any other body substance to penetrate it which is why we don’t allow returns.

Care Instructions
Keep leather away from water, especially Deer Skin as it will leave water spots on the leather. Leather is pores, so keep away from all make-up as it will stain if make-up is allowed to get on it.
Leather Bracelets will stretch with time and warmth of your skin.
Candles will only be returnable if they get broken during shipping. Each set is packaged so as to not break during transit. If for some reason they break, you have 10 days from the shipping date to contact Western Prairie. Please email me at westernprairieleather.com and include your name, address and item you purchase along with a picture showing the damage. I will respond within two business days. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AURTHORIZATION.
